Want to improve core strength and don't need the extra accountability from my C.O.R.E coaching class? This 6-week program provides to the tools to help you build the habit of strengthening your core consistently, safely, and effectively!
While a minute per day seems easy to fit in, it's also very easy to forget about. In order to be successful in this program, you need to be consistent with the exercises. Be sure to look ahead in your week and schedule your one minute per day of core work!

Week 2 ~ Pelvic Tilts

Week 3 ~ Bird Dog
Week three is typically where people start to fall off. The appeal of doing something new has started to fade and you are left with your commitment. I strongly suggest you check in with yourself about WHY you decided to join this program. Allow that "why" to be your motivation through the next few weeks!

Week 4 ~ Side Plank
This week is slightly different, you will perform the movement for a total of one minute, 30 seconds on each side. As you progress through the week, try to hold a few seconds longer on each side.

Week 5 ~ Hollow Rocks
As you have now experienced firsthand, making a change to your health or creating a new habit does not have to be extravagant, complicated, or take a lot of time. It's about a small step towards the end goal, repeated each day!

Week 6 ~ Bear Hold
We have made it! It is our sixth and final week of this course. Hopefully doing a core exercise for one minute per day is now just a part of your daily routine. It has always been one of my goals that as a result of this program, you have created a habit that will carry through well past this course!
Also, I have a surprise planned for this week's lesson. Be sure to mark your calendars and join us for a bonus training call on Thursday, April 28th at 6:30 pm MST. This call will also take place on zoom.
