3. Injury Free Running - A complete pre-habilitation program

In my 3-week program, you'll strengthen muscles and movement patterns to support healthy running. Through video instruction and unlimited access to your coach (that's me!), you'll be running faster, stronger, and longer. Limited equipment recommended, but not required.

4. Nutrition Labels Decoded

Dr. Taylor, a Denver-based chiropractor and health coach, shares tips for reading the labels on our food. She spends time discussing the definitions of terms used on the labels, what information we need to be paying attention to and what information to ignore, lastly she gives you a few high-level ideas on how to make healthier choices from a quick glance at a label.

We will have a call to outline your goals and equipment access. Following the call, you will be provided 6 weeks of personalized programming. Throughout the 6-weeks you will have access to me as your coach to ask questions, receive feedback on your exercise videos, and for accountability check-ins.
